I have a background in applied psychology, during this time, I discovered a passion for hypnotherapy—its transformative approach resonated with me far more than traditional approaches to therapy. This eventually lead me to earn certifications in Hypnotherapy and Solution-Focused Psychotherapy from the within sight training institute. Today, I utilize hypnotherapy to help people break free from the grip of the past and step into a life filled with clarity and peace.
